Ras Bihari Bose was an Indian revolutionary who played an important role in the organization of 'Gadar' and 'Azad Hind Fauj' against the British rule. He not only within the country but also in other countries conducted revolutionary activities against the British government and tried to bring freedom to India.

Ras Bihari Bose was born on 25 May 1886 in Subaldah Village, Bardhaman District, West Bengal. His father's name was Vinod Bihari Bose.
Ras Bihari Bose died on 21 January 1945 (age 58 years) in Tokyo, Japan due to declining health.

The main part of Rasbihari Bose and Susheela Sarkar's (his sister's) childhood was spent in Subudha village. They lived in this village in Madame Bidumukhi and her ancestral home. Bidhumukhi was a widow from her early life. Bidhumukhi was the sister-in-law of Kalicharan Bose. His early education was completed in the village Pathsala (presently "Subaldah Rashabihari Bose F.P. School") under the supervision of his grandfather, Kalicharan Bose. Rash Behari Bose received his child education in Lathi Khet in Subaldah. He was inspired by the revolutionary movement to listen to stories from his grandfather in his grandfather Subaladaha. He was a descendant of all the villagers. His surname was Rasu.

In Dehradun, he worked as the head clerk at the Forest Research Institute. There, through Amarendra Chatterjee of Jugantar under the leadership of Jatin Mukherjee (Bagha Jatin), he secretly joined the revolutionaries of Bengal. He was the one who threw a bomb on Viceroy Lord Hardinge in 1912. The British intelligence police had also tried to capture Rasbihari Bose, but they could not catch him. In 1915, King P.N. Tagore arrived in the Japanese city of Shanghai in the name of India and lived there, and started working for the independence of India. The revolutionary Rasbihari Bose played an important role in the organization of 'Gadar' and 'Azad Hind Fauj' against British rule. The INA was formed in September 1942 as the military wing of the Indian National League of Rasbihari Bose. Became a Japanese citizen in 1923, living as a journalist and writer. Bose convened a conference in Tokyo on 28–30 March 1942, in which it was decided to establish the Indian Independence League. At the conference, he made a motion to mobilize the army for Indian independence.

On 22 June 1942, he held the second conference of the League in Bangkok.
