After graduating in 1966, Svetlana enrolled at the Moscow State Aviation Institute, at the institute she began reading about aircraft. And in the year 1971, he was also given a license as a flight instructor. After graduating from Moscow State Aviation Institute in 1972, he trained as a test pilot at the Fedotov Test Pilot School.
