The 6th Elite National Women's Boxing Championship was held from 20-26 December 2022 at Tatya Tope Stadium, Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh. 302 women boxers from across the country participated in this event. Tokyo Olympics bronze medalist Lovlina Borgohain and defending world champion Nikhat Zareen won gold medals at the 6th Elite Women's National Boxing Championships on 27 December 2022.

  • Railway Sports Promotion Board (RSPB) won the team trophy with 10 medals.
  • Assam boxer Lovlina Borgohain defeated Services Sports Control Board's (SSCB) Arundhati Chowdhary 5-0 in the 75kg final, while Zareen faced RSPB's Anamika for the gold medal in the 50kg category.
  • However, the defending world champions won the match 4–1 to lift the trophy.

In the other bout, 2019 World Championships silver medalist Manju Rani defeated Tamil Nadu's S. Beating Kalaivani 5-0 gave RSPB its first gold. Shiksha (54kg), Poonam (60kg), Shashi Chopra (63kg) and Nupur (+81kg) also won gold medals for RSPB. Apart from five gold, Railways also won three silver and two bronze medals.
