The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) successfully launched the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle C55 (PSLV-C55) mission carrying two satellites from Singapore on 22 April 2023 from the Satish Dhawan Space Center at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. PSLV-C55 is a dedicated mission by NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), the commercial arm of ISRO, for an international satellite customer. This launch is the 55th mission of PSLV and TLEOS-2 is an earth observation satellite developed by ST Engineering.

TeLEOS-2 is an Earth observation satellite developed by ST Engineering with a mass of 741 kg and a transmittance capable of providing data at 1 meter resolution. It is a high resolution camera that can record images with a surface resolution of up to one meter.

TeLEOS-2 Satellite

The TeLEOS-2 satellite has been developed with a partnership between DSTA and ST Engineering, a company representing the Government of Singapore. TeLEOS-2 Satellite Equipped with synthetic aperture radar payload, TeLEOS-2 boasts of an impressive 1m full-polar metric resolution imaging capability with full all weather day and night coverage. It has been developed to provide support to the imagery needs of all the various government agencies in Singapore.

What is LUMELITE-4

LUMELITE-4 is a state-of-the-art 12U satellite, developed and developed by Singapore. It has been jointly developed by A*STAR of the National University and the Institute for Infocomm Research of the Satellite Technology and Research Center. It is a high performance space-borne VHF data exchange system designed for technology demonstration. Like PSLV-C55 is developed for imagery, LUMELITE-4 is developed to enhance Singapore's global shipping and e-navigation maritime security. Its main objective is to benefit shipping and e-navigation maritime security.

Poem-2

POEM-2 is a PSLV Orbital Experimental Module. It will be used by scientists as an orbital platform via the spent PS4 stage of the launch vehicle as a non-detachable payload. Explain that these payloads will be mainly done for ISRO, Dhruv Space and Indian Astrophysical, Bellatrix Institute.
