The New Delhi World Book Fair (NDWBF) is a major calendar event of the publishing world. The Delhi Book Fair, organized by the National Book Trust and India Trade Promotion Organisation, began from February 10-18, 2024 at the centrally located Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. For children, the ticket price will be Rs 10 per person; Rs 20 per person for adults. Entry is free for students in school uniform, students on educational trips, persons with disabilities and senior citizens.
Guest of honor at the World Book Fair 2024
Saudi Arabia has been named as the guest of honor of the New Delhi World Book Fair 2024. A bilateral MoU was signed between the two countries during the visit of Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud to India. A 25-member Saudi delegation will showcase Saudi literature, language, culture and heritage at the New Delhi World Book Fair.
