The Leaning Tower of Pisa, meaning the Leaning Tower of Pisa, is located in the small Italian city of Pisa, located in the south of the continent of Europe. This tower around which there are many buildings which remain straight and at the same time this crooked building built between them looks very surprising to see. Ever since this building was built, this tower has been continuously tilting downwards and due to its inclination, it is famous all over the world.

The construction of this Tower was started in the year 1173. In the year 1173, Pisa was a Residential city. The people living there were merchants as well as good sailors. The people of Pisa and the people of Florence, another Italian city, never got along, due to which many wars were fought between the two cities.

The construction of this huge Tower was started by the people of Pisa to humiliate the people of Florence and prove their nobility. 12 years after the start of the construction of the tower, it was known that it was getting crooked, but by then 3 out of its 8 storeys had been built and till date this tower is being saved from falling with great care.
