Hima Das is an Indian runner. She is the first Indian woman player to win a gold medal in the 400 meters race of the IAAF World Under-20 Athletics Championship. Hima Das's full name is Heema Ranjit Das, she was born on 9 January 2000 in Kandhulimari village in Nagaon district of Assam state. His father's name is Ranjit Das and mother's name is Jonali Das.
