Tata Steel’s Jamshedpur unit  in Jharkhand achieved a new feat when it achieved the target of producing 10 million tonnes of hot metal per annum. India was all out by scoring 233 runs in 46.5 overs. Aussies won the match by 95 runs and will now face New Zealand in the final.

President Pranab Mukherjee has finally signed a bill to ban cow slaughter in Maharashtra. The bill was originally passed by BJP-Shiv Sena government in 1995 but will be effective from now onwards.
