Self-reliant India Innovation Challenge Innovation Challenge:
After conducting a digital strike on Chinese apps, the NITI Aayog, in partnership with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India and the Atal Innovation Mission, started the Digital India Atmanirbhar Bharat Innovate Challenge, under which you will get mobile games, social media and photo-video editing apps. Had to make The mantra of this challenge is 'Make in India for India and the world'. Aatmanirbhar Bharat Innovate Challenge The innovation challenge was launched in the following 9 broad categories:-
- Office productivity and work from home
- Social networking
- E-learning
- Entertainment
- Health and wellness
- Business including Agritech and Fintech
- News
- Play
- Other
Government got 6,940 entries
Under this challenge, the government had received a total of 6,940 applications. Of which 3,939 are individuals and 3,001 are associated with an institution. Communications, Electronics and Information Technology and Law and Justice cabinet minister Ravi Shankar Prasad had informed about this by tweeting. According to the tweet, out of 6,940 entries, 1,140 are from app business, 901 from health and wellness, 1,062 from e-learning, 1,155 from social networking, 326 from games, 662 from office and work from home, 237 from news, 320 from entertainment and 1,135 from other categories.
