Financial emergency can be declared in the country on the basis of Article 360 of the constitution. Under this article, the President can, on the recommendation of the Finance Minister, declare a financial emergency if the financial situation in the country becomes extremely serious and threatens to undermine national security or economic stability.

Article 148 - The Comptroller and Auditor General of India shall be a Comptroller and Auditor General of India who shall be appointed by the President by warrant under his hand and seal and shall be removed from office only in such manner and on such grounds as the Supreme Court may The judge is removed.

In Article-1 of the Constitution, Bharat means India will be a Union of States. and the other States and the territories thereof shall be such as are specified in the said First Schedule.

The parliamentary system in India has been taken from the British constitution. The Council of Ministers is the real executive body of the Indian political system, headed by the Prime Minister. Article 74 of our constitution mentions about the constitution of the Council of Ministers while Article 75 deals with the appointment of ministers, their tenure, responsibility, oath, qualification and salary and allowances of ministers.

In the Constitution of India, 'Right to Constitutional Remedies' is given in Article-32. It is referred to by Dr. Ambedkar as "the soul of the Constitution and exceptionally its heart". The Preeminent Court has included this in the Basic Structure Regulation.
