Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann was a German physician, a great scholar, linguist and acclaimed scientist. The German physician Christian Friedrich Samuel Hahnemann is credited with deriving a complete system of medical science from this principle of basing homeopathy.

Hahnemann had an MD degree. Later, he left his job to work as a translator. Then he learned medical, scientific textbooks in several languages such as English, French, Italian, Greek and Latin.
