History of Uttar Pradesh:
The old name of Uttar Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh has been an important state since ancient times, the reason for this is the land irrigated by the rivers here, first this state was known as Madhya Pradesh, then many dynasties emerged in this province and It was divided, before 1947 it was known as United Provinces, in which Awadh province and Braj province were jointly. The state is spread over an area of 2,40,928 square kilometers and has 75 districts. According to the 2011 census, more than 19,98,12,341 people live here and it is the most populous state in the country.
There are many historical, religious, natural and man-made tourist places in Uttar Pradesh, such as Taj Mahal, Kaushambi, Varanasi, Kushinagar, Chitrakoot, Lucknow, Jhansi, Meerut, Allahabad and Mathura etc.
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh: The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh is the head of the state of Uttar Pradesh in northern India. So far 21 persons have been Chief Ministers in Uttar Pradesh. The current Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh is Yogi Adityanath who has been in this post since 19 March 2017. The first Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh before India's independence was Sir Nawab Mohammad Ahmed Syed Khan, who took office on 3 April 1937.
After independence, Pandit Govind Ballabh Pant became the first elected Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Akhilesh Yadav is the youngest Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Earlier this record was in the name of Mayawati. On March 15, 2012, when Akhilesh Yadav took oath as the Chief Minister, he was 38 years, eight months and 14 days old. Akhilesh Yadav's date of birth is 1 July 1973. When Mayawati became the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for the first time, her age was 39 years, four months and 18 days.
